Mackenzie has been with Night Owl Hospitality since 2017.   She is responsible for creating and coaching a team of Managers, Supervisors and service staff.  She is committed to our building a strong company culture and making our staff feel comfortable and heard.  She oversees and coordinates bookings for events and entertainment throughout the Cantina locations.  Mackenzie believes in the lively culture we've created at Night Owl Hospitality and celebrates it with sips of fine Tequila & Mezcal.
