CANTINA DEL CENTRO, REVELSTOKE is looking for a General Manager to join our energetic and dynamic team! This position is a full-time position for the right applicant and requires full availability.

Essential responsibilities: Front of house service, running the door as a host/maitre d’, enforcing sales targets, experience creation, customer satisfaction, embodying customer values, scheduling, hiring, firing, maintaining and enforcing checklists, cash handling and balancing, making appropriate cuts based on labour targets, fielding guest complaints, on-shift troubleshooting and decision making, updating maintenance logs, and reporting directly to Head Office.
