What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing Stellar Customer Service: Handle customer concerns with grace and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

• Creating Cocktail Features & Drink Specials: Craft unique, seasonal, and inventive drink features & menus that keep guests coming back for more while boosting revenue.

• Following large prep batch prep recipes for our unique menu and ensuring we're staying on top of stock.

• Commitment to quality and consistency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Bartender in a high-energy, high-volume bar or restaurant.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with guests and inspire your team.

• A cool head under pressure and the ability to manage the busiest shifts with ease and positivity.

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
